I find it rather interesting that people say they have Celiac Disease and have to have everything “Gluten Free” but not “Sugar Free”. Interestingly enough, they don’t understand they have to have everything “Sugar Free” too! Instead I see them consuming large quantities of amounts of sugar – feeding the very thing that causing their health issues!
I have treated a number of people in clinical practice with Celiac Disease over the past 25 years. One thing I noticed is that they ALL had a severe Candida infection. You see, this condition may be largely related to having a Candida yeast fungal infection. Mercury from Amalgam fillings in our teeth may also be a contributing factor affecting our digestive tracts.
I have seen great improvements in the health of people with Celiac Disease once I corrected their Mercury, heavy metals and Candida. Even a friend’s daughter whom I treated a few years back, no longer seems to have Celiac Disease after I cleared up her Mercury, heavy metals and Candida!!!
Candida being out of balance in your body is a huge contributor to Gluten intolerance and other allergies due to these systemic health issues. So, if you have gluten intolerance, you have sugar intolerance too! Just doing the Gluten-Free thing is only half of what is required, and is not even the solution. Candida loves to be fed by both of with sugar as well as gluten too!
I am amazed when I meet people who are avoiding Gluten. I see them tucking into gluten-free cakes loaded with sugar, chocolate and other sugary foods. They are constantly feeding their Candida (which is causing their Gluten intolerance) and making their condition worse!
If you are gluten intolerant, then you are sugar intolerant too! Candida loves to feast on both!
The Connection Between Glyphosate and Celiac Disease
Recent evidence is now pointing to Glyphosate, an Organo-Phosphorus compound used to kill pests on our food. New research shows this as contributor factor in Celiac Disease. It comes from pesticides sprayed on wheat and grains as found in Round-up and Network. And it gets even scarier…
The reason so many people these days are developing Celiac Disease in recent decades is that non-organic wheat is now SOAKED with Round-Up (Glyphosate) for several days before harvesting. This is a process called Desiccation and has been occurring since the 1990’s. This causes the plants to die at once so that their seeds ripen ALL at the same time so that the farmer gets a larger harvest. And consequently forces the plants to produce more seeds for survival as they die. Most commercial wheat crops, especially in USA, are absolutely soaked in Round-up for three days just prior harvesting.

- Pesticides destroy your healthy Gut Flora
- They stops your P450 detoxification enzymes to clear toxins from your body
- Glyphosate triggers an Autoimmune response

Therefore, only eat wheat products that are made from organic sources that have not been soaked with Glyphosate in their harvesting process, are safe to eat. Is it any wonder that most people are reactive to wheat and gluten products these days. Not to mention that all commercial wheat is stored in mercurial Mercury in order that it will last for longer!
Many people have Mercury leaking from the Amalgam fillings in their teeth affecting the lining of your gut from every time you chew and swallow you food. Hence the connection between Mercury toxicity and Celiac Disease too. Every client I treated for Celiac Disease also had Mercury toxicity.
