How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Outside Australia

  • 1 to 7 business days Express Post
  • 7 to 10 days via Standard Post with trackingPlease note that Customs can still delay these items

Within Australia:

  • 7 to 21 days via Registered Post or Standard Parcel Post (with signature upon delivery)
  • 1 to 7 days Express Post within Australia

Our orders are sent via Australia Post which is the only postal service available to us in Australia, unless we are overseas posting orders from another country.  They our orders are sent via Registered Airmail post with tracking or the nearest comparable service.

Will my order be sent with a Tracking Number?

Your tracking number or registered post number will be provided to you once we send you order.  To track your order please go to: and enter the number in the search box.

Please check the progress of your order regularly.  If you order has not arrived on time, would you kindly inquire with your local post office to see if they are holding your order if it has not arrived.

It is your responsibility to check with your local post office regularly to see if your order has arrived. Further shipping charges will apply if your order is returned to us;  if an incorrect postal address has been provided;  and we have to resend your order.

Where’s my stuff?  What if my order does not arrive?

When we have posted your order and handed it over to the post services, we cannot do anything further to speed up the delivery of your service.  Please allow three weeks for your order to arrive, and check its progress via the tracking or registered post number we provide you.

If your order has not arrived in time, would you please check with your local post office as they may be holding it awaiting your collection.

Please note that it is quite common for post offices to not notify that items are waiting for your collection.  Therefore it is up to you check regularly with your local post office to see if your order is there.

Will the Customs service in my country delay my order?

Customs agents in any country may delay the arrive of your order for up to three months, beyond our control, although this happens rarely.  This is often occurs in the United Kingdom, Europe, Scandinavia, the United States and Canada.  These situations are beyond our control unfortunately.

Kindly contact your local Customs agent to inquire whether they are holding your order.  Your tracking or registered post number will assist them to find your item.  Please note that Customs agents in some countries will not notify you if they are holding your item, especially if Customs duties are payable.  This is particularly the case Parcel Force in the United Kingdom.

Some countries may charge international customs taxes and brokerage fees which are at your risk.. We do not accept returns due to you refusing to pay these fees.  Please check with your country’s customs policies prior to placing your order, if you are concerned.

Will I be charged Customs taxes?

We cannot make false declarations of the cost of your order on our Customs declarations, as Customs officers now check the website where you made your purchase to look up the correct value.  If the amount declared is incorrect, then you may receive a fine.

Customs taxes are your responsibility.


No insurance cover is included for all our orders.  The are sent at your risk and are your full responsibility if items are lost.

What is the cost of shipping my order?

The cost of a trackable or locatable service is included in your order.

For orders WITHIN Australia the options are:

  • Standard Post with limited tracking and signature on delivery
  • Express Post Envelope with signature upon delivery.

We reserve the right to ship your order via another method based on the amount of shipping you have actually paid, which is included in the cost of the items that you have ordered.

The Ultimate Zapper is always sent via International Registered Post for additional security, or by Registered Post within Canada. Shipping of The Ultimate Zapper is included to your door or post box.
